Also you only gain raw power from reforged axe, and only a few weapons give you an actual power boost. Strikers, chains, and axe really only important ones. The stager and wound dmg doesnt matter as much. Same with movement speed.
WebHammer is quite fast and does good damage, with easy to pull of combos and the 2nd most mobility of any weapon (though you could argue the duration of spear charge makes it better than all 3 of the hammers mobility abilities combined.). The shotgun is trash though, piddly damage and basically requires mele range. WebYou can deck yourself into Tier 4-5 gear, Reforge, Power Surge your weapon and that makes it easy to breeze fights 5 levels above your level.
