Both techniques are a way of creating duplicate stitch over the offending hole. The first technique will work well for a small hole (of a couple of stitches). WebFixing a stitch without a crochet hook Sometimes, your knitting only unravels one row. In this case, you can also fix the dropped stitch using your knitting needles. It requires a bit of shuffling around but it will still be faster than fetching your crochet hook. Step 1: Pick up the dropped stitch with your left needle.
