QGraphicsView can be set to centerOn any position in scene coordinates. Use a timer to call centerOn to move the view one frame at a time. Here's a working example: - Webuse view.setCacheMode (QGraphicsView::CacheNone); but it may reduce performance use invalidate (const QRectF & rect = QRectF (), SceneLayers layers = AllLayers) on your background layer each time you need.
